From December 2015 there are new RŽD through coaches from Moscow to Budapest and Sofia via Warsaw, going with train 9/10 Moscow - Warsaw and in summer from Moscow to Bar, Burgas and Varna. There are also facultative BČ coaches Minsk - Belgrade, and in summer Minsk - Bar, and Minsk - Varna. For all of this trains/cars RŽD and BČ introduced tariff for Interrail and Eurail Pass holders. Tariff includes sleeping car supplement and ticket fare for Belarus and Russia part, which are not part of Interrail/Eurail.

This is valid ONLY for train 9/10 Moscow - Warsaw and trough coaches to Budapest, Sofia, Bar, Burgas and Varna attached to that train.
This is NOT valid for trains 23/24 Moscow - Paris, 17/18 Moscow - Nice and 21/22 Moscow - Prague/Cheb/Vienna! For train 23/24 there is 15% discount on full fare for Interrail Pass holders, and 10% for Eurail Pass.

Hi!
Good to hear from you and thanks for the detailed list and information on the new through coaches!
I am currently editing a blog post about the Paris - Moscow train, followed by a blogpost about the other RZD night trains to Europe, so this will be valuable information. :)
I assume that the supplements are the same for all destinations, right? Just as with other night trains, since these through cars are run in cooperation with the national railways (as opposed to the global priced other night trains which are operated by RZD on their own).
The new WLABmz sleeping cars are really comfortable, see below.
Do you know about the energy supply of the sleeping car between Nis and Dimitrovgrad? Does air-condition work?
And does the day train Belgrade - Sofia currently run, I don't find it online since the Belgrade - Skopje train currently is withdrawn due to the construction works south of nice.
Thanks,

Yes, the supplement is same for all destinations inside the countries that accept Interrail, Eurail and FIP. For destinations in Belarus and Russia ticket part cost for Belarus and Russia till that station is added. So now one can actually go to Minsk, Moscow and other BY/RU destinations on the route of this train directly using Interrail/Eurail/FIP + this special supplement. If there is any problem at buying it, one can tell cashier that it is tariff code 44.
Between Niš and Dimitrovgrad there is diesel locomotive equipped with electric generator which can heat trains and also supply air-conditioning. The second is more energy demanding, so I'm not sure does it work in practice, but theoretically it's possible.
Both day and night trains Belgrade - Sofia are running. Works are on line Niš - Preševo (planned till 17.06. and then again from September till spring 2017.), so line Niš - Dimitrovgrad is not affected.

Nice! :)
At my station in Graz it was no problem to get a reservation for Warsaw - Belgrade but I didnt ask for a reservation to/from Moscow.
So it is class 661 with electric generator between Nis and Dimitrovgrad?
