Interrail: last day of the pass, suing a night train

Hello everybody,
I have interrail pass valid until 13.6. I'm wondering could I travel by Krakow - Budapest night train on 13.6. in the evening or I have to start on 12.6. in the evening?

Hi!

Your Interrail pass is valid on 13. June, 23:59. If you take the night train on 13. June in the evening you will need to buy an extra ticket from the last stop before midnight to Budapest.

alternatives:
1a.book before, but I am not sure if that is possible for starts FROM PL for International
OR 1b. go by day on last day
2.if saving money is the main aim: go to polskibus.com, they now have buses Waw-Krakow-Bud since a few weeks, so still low prices.
