Hi!
There are many options.
You can go Istanbul - Sofia - Belgrade - Budapest - Munich - Cologne - Brussels for example.

@flo thanks mate. what my plan is going directly without hanging over the other cities as you've said :D So, the way you recommend is the shortest way to reach to the brussel? or were you being a trip guide ? :P

Use the schedule planner: [ux]http://plan.rail.cc/[/ux]
On such a long trip, I would include some extra time in case you miss a train due to delays etc.

Shortest:
Bruxelles-Midi > Koeln Hbf,
Koeln Hbf > Muenchen Hbf,
Muenchen Hbf > Budapest-Keleti,
Budapest-Keleti > Bucuresti Nord Gara A
Bucuresti Nord Gara A > Gorna Oryahovitsa
Gorna Oryhovitsa > Istanbul.
However, parts will be rather expensive for Interrailers - so plan in parts. Use the Interrail timetable & plan.rail.cc.

In summer, you can use Optima Tours\' non-stop train from Edirne. It goes directly to Villach. Transfer to EuroNight for Munich. Then take the ICE for Frankfurt and another ICE for Brussels.

Hi and welcome to railcc!
You find all basic information here: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/train/istanbul-to-brussels[/ux]
You can travel via several routes:
a) Istanbul - Bucharest - Vienna - Frankfurt - Brussels
b) Istanbul - Sofia - Belgrade - Vienna - Frankfurt - Brussels
c) Istanbul - Sofia - Belgrade - Zagreb - Munich - Brussels
Online tickets are only available from Budapest/Zagreb to Germany and then from Germany to Brussels, for instance from German Railways: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
For travelling from Istanbul to Budapest/Zagreb you have to buy tickets locally at a train station.
