Hi all,
Me and my friends are going interrailing this summer and are considering on getting the ferry to sardinia or Corsica during the trip.
Which of the 2 would you recommend for a group(5) of students to go to?
And what is the nightlife and pricing like on each of the islands?
Cheers,
Cormac

Haven't been to any of those islands personally, but have seen some travelers that were saying all the good things about Corsica. + Napoleon was born there, so I guess locals might have some experience with interested travelers. :)

Or maybe you can decide according to country they belong to. Would you rather go to France or Italy?

Good evening,

It depends what's your goal.

Both are very important destinations for summer travellers. Both are beautiful with large beaches and beautiful moutains. If you're interested about nature the hiking trail of Corsica (crossing the isle) is one of the most difficult of France.

For the nightlife, I've never tried but you'll find in the great cities or holiday villages... and I think there are much more people in sardinia than in corsica.

some other questions : do you prefer talking French or Italian ?

have a nice day.
