Now its my time to turn to you, perhaps you know about these points:
1. To use the Russky overnight sleeper Berlin-Paris: can I use global Pass IR (live out of these countries), and if yes: how/where to book and the cost for the sleeper?
2.For that new extra from 1/1, the free trip to border/airport: do I have to use it as first+last trip or could I use it in between? (example: buy 7/M pass, use 3 days far away while flying there-I live close by airport, that cost nothing) and then use these trips for all-train travel in the last week).
3.does DB give bahn.bonus points when buying IR-passes or are these excluded?
Thanks for answering.

1) 15% discount for all trips between Germany and France on the Moscow - Paris night train; on the Moscow - Budapest/Sofia sleepers regular Interrail reservations are available. Reservations _should_ be available at ticket desks, however for instance in Austria I havent managed yet to get one.
2) Conditions of use just specify that these trips have to be within the validity period of the pass; have to be finished within one day (1900 rule applies) and a travel day has to be used in case of a Flexi Pass. No mentioning of having to be first/last trip of your pass.
3) No.
