I would discover Norway by train during January.
More specific I would start in Brussels (Belgium) and have the following stops
Copenhagen, Malmo, Goteborg, Oslo, Bergen, Lillehammer, Trondheim, Bodo and Tromso.
I would like to visit the Flamsbana between Flam and Myrdal.
But how does it works exactly? Is there a train route from Bergen to Flam? I would use my global Interrail pass...
Is there a cheaper/faster way for going form Bodo to Tromso then by plane?
Is there a location/city that I really need to add to my list to visit?
Thanks a lot

Yes, the Flåmsbahn is a branch line from the Bergenbahn between Oslo and Bergen, starting in Flam. I think it was actually created just to build the Bergenbahn. But there's no connection in Myrdal (except by ferry), so you have to go the Flåmsbahn back again to get to Oslo or Bergen. Just look on the Interrail map ([ux]http://www.interrail.eu/sites/interrail.eu/files/documents/interrail_map_2015.pdf[/ux]). You get a printed copy if you buy the interrail ticket via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] but also on a train station (at least in Germany, cannot speak for other countries) in advance without buying anything.
The Flåmsbahn is not included in the interrail ticket, but there's a discount.
Since you're travelling from Lillehammer to Trondheim I would also suggest taking the Raumabahn. It's also a very nice scenic branch line from Dombås to Åndalsnes. Since it's a normal NSB train, it's included in the Interrail ticket.
