Hello! I am traveling to Zagreb from Vienna and was told because of construction in Slovenia, I have to take a bus from Jelisse to Ljubijana then get back in the train? I am arriving at Villach station then changing trains to Jellisse... Is this true?

When are yougoing to travel? Where did you get this info? Why do you travel via Villach and Jesenice and do not take the direct train?
