Posting this on behalf of a friend.
We have just come back from interrailing around Europe and spent the first week of our two week trip driving around Europe. Our driver then returned home and we 3 of us planned to do another week interrailing. One of the people from our group fell ill and needed to go home. Because he hadn't met used his pass, he had a quick look at the refund policy and it seemed that he would be able to return his pass. However, it now seems that he needs some sort of stamp/signature from the train station of the last location we visited which is a bit tricky now we are now. Has anyone had a similar issue to this? Was there any way you could resolve to receive the refund?
Thanks in advance.

Hi.
You have to contact the company where you bought your Interrail pass from - as you do not have a PLUS account here on railcc (=bought your Interrail pass via our partner link), I sadly can not help you.
If you return your pass before the first day it gets valid, it is usually no problem - sometimes (depends on the company where you bought it), you have to pay an administration fee.
Pete :)
