Hi can anybody recommend me a Travelcard that I would be able to load up with GBP and use for Euro, Czech koruna, Polish Zloty, Croatian kuna and Hungarian Forints.

No, these are all minor to big, very big rip-offs.
YOUR bank card-why not ask your bank first- is for most the very best way-you should be able to use it to withdraw local money from near all ATMs with the PIN. Commissions on these touted cards tend to be much, much higher.

Hey there, I have got a moneycorp explorer card.
Its pretty good. Moneycorp has some of the best exchange for a start.
You can put pounds on it and also keep euros and some other worldwide currencies on it simultaneously in different wallets.
Its commission free for euros and 13 other currences but unfortunately not for the eastern europeon ones where itll charge you 3% commission on every transaction, so that bit isnt ideal.
Other than that its a visa card so you can use it anywhere.
Disclaimer: I have one now for my trip starting on tuesday to eastern europe but I havent actually used it before!!!
