Hi,
I'm thinking of using the 10 in 22 days pass and I was wondering if the ticket can be used to travel within the country for example if I went to Brussels and I wanted to visit a village 2 hours away in the same country. Would that class as a travel day?
Thanks.

Hi Freya!
Yes, you can travel as much as you like within one country - Interrail is not limited to international connections!
Of course this would require the use of a travel day then. As domestic, short distance tickets are usually cheaper than long distance and/or international tickets, you get the best value for your Interrail pass if your route includes a good number of long distance/international travel too and not only consists of purely local journeys.
We are official partners of interrail.eu - to support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)

Dozens of people do that in larger countries, just think of Warszawa-Krakow, Roma-Firenze (often the most heavily used route by IR-passhlders) or Paris-Marseille, etc.
BUT: you gave the wrong example, IN BE youth<26 can go with a single for just 6 eur any distance-its called GoPass1. There is now even a GoUnlimited pass for just 25 eur valid 1 month IN BE only (but must be loaded on a MoBiB smartcard, cost 5 eur). Many, many countruies offer very cheap local fares for juniors in summertime.
