Hi,
I am travelling from Brussels to Paris tomorrow (25th). I booked my reservations on the APC Rail site via rail dude... However, I never got my email
With my tickets... What should I do?
Also if I do get the tickets do I need to print them?

Best way is to print them but currently digital tickets on your mobile phone are accepted as well in some trains.

Hi.
You talk about an Interrail reservation for the Thalys?
If you selected the option Thalys E-PASSHhttps://rail.cc/en/night-train/sweden/seER RESERVATION, you get an email with the reservation to print out from ACP. Did you checked your spam folder of your email account?
If not, just contact ACPRail, they have a friendly support: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/contact[/ux]
:)
If you want to save money, avoid the direct Thalys train.
Either travel the whole route for free by IC trains in Belgium and regional trains in France.
Or use the IC in Belgium and then a TGV from Lille to Paris [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf/reservation[/ux] to speed it up a little bit.

They are not open until 3pm (Belgian Time) - my train is around 4pm... So if I can't contact them until them will they be able to get the ticket to me soon? And will having it on my phone be acceptable
As I won't then be able to print it?

Hi.
I don't know what exactly the problem is, why you did not received the ticket. If the payment failed or whatever - as usually e-tickets arrive immediately by email. Therefore I can't give you an exact answer about how and what you will get. Did you send them an email as well: <!-- e -->mailto:info@acprail.com<!-- e -->
