Hi im going to travel from Poland to Ukraine, this summer as part of my interrail trip. And was wondering if my interrail pass covers the train ride to Ukraine from Poland ? so that i only need the seat reservation/bed. the train in question is a polish sleeper train

Train #D68 Kiev Express
Depart: Warszawa Centralna 16:50
Arrive: Kiev Pass 10:32

i can't find any information on this if any of you knows anything please tell me, and if i meet you out there i'm gonna give a beer :D

Thanks in advance
Niki Bigum :D

Hi!

No, Interrail is not valid in Ukraine, hence you would need a ticket from the Polish-Ukrainian border to Kiev, plus the reservation for the sleeper Warszawa - Kiev.
The full fare ticket Jagodin (Gr) to Kiev should be 16,30€ (please inform me if you pay a different price).

Instead of a beer why not purchase your Interrail ticket through our partner link: ;)
We are official partners of interrail.eu - to support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)

This is NOT just a ''polish'' train-of course not, it does not matter whats wrtitten on it-in fact the loc is PL in PL and changed to UKR at border. The cars most likely are the East-ex CCCP-Style 4-bed sleeper wagons from UZ.
Also: the price for the UKR sector depends on WHERE=what country you buy it-tipically in west-EUR it cost up to 2-3 times as much as in PL. Unless its your last day anyway, its mostly a waste of money to use an IR''passday'' for just that PL-sector.
