I'm on the DB site, and find train connections for September 9, (Ams 9:01 to Copenhagen 20:13) but cannot find out how to reserve/buy tickets. Is it b/c this is only June 8, more than 90 days?

You cannot book journeys starting [b]and[/b] ending in a country other than Germany on the DB website (if you make bookings from Deutsche Bahn, please use our affiliate link: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] - thank you!). The only exception I know of would be the Zürich to Prague CNL overnight train. You would have to book this route separately (eg Amsterdam - Hamburg and Hamburg - Copenhagen).
However, you can do so on the website of Dutch Railways - please use our affiliate link: [ux]https://rail.shop/nsinternational[/ux]
Tickets can be booked 91 days ahead, this means that booking is currently open until September 7.
