Hi,

What is the best way to take money? We have considered a travel card but not sure whether or not this is the best option. Also, we are going to some countries whose currency is not the euro (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Croatia). How do we account for this?

Thanks,

Jessie :D

I have a Maestro card which I use for getting money from cash mashines abroad. My bank doesnt charge anything in the Euro zone and just a little fee for other countries - I can live with that. :)
When I started Interrailing I used to carry all my money in cash with me, stored in secret pockets of my clothes, backpack etc... :D

Hi.
I have a bank card like Flo and an additional credit card. That's for me the best solution.
Pete :)

Then B smart and TELL where you live now. IF thats in EUR-country-do as above. Maybe better to first start reading the info-sites of your own bank first about how to get money abroad?
