Does the InterRail global pass increase in price during the summer? Specifically during July. I'm planning on going but still gathering the funds, will it be fine to wait or should I try buy ASAP. Will be getting a youth ticket and I'm from the UK.

No, prices will remain the same during the summer.
There are promotional fares for several weeks during autumn and spring but the spring promo has already finished and autumn promo will only begin on September 1.
