Hi,
I'm thinking about going on an interim adventure with my girlfriend. We are thinking about this itinerary Berlim-Poznan (Poland)-Krakow-Wien-Budapest-Ljubljana-Zagreb-Slipt/Hvar-Belgrado-Bucarest-Belgrado-Saravejo (Bósnia)-Mostar-Kotor (Montenegro)-Bar-Bari-Florença-Pisa-Roma. What do you guys think of it for a 4 week trip?

Should be no problem to travel within one month.
Rearrange your route: Wien - Bucuresti - Beograd - Kotor - Dubrvonik/Hvar/Split - Mostar - Sarajevo - Zagreb - Ljubljana - Venezia - Firenze - Pisa - Roma. You will need a few buses to go around Kotor/Mostar/Split.
