Hi Peter
We look for leaving Kiruna (Sweden) back to Brussels on 3 or 4 April 2015 with the night train Narvik to Stockholm.
There is a departure at Kiruna twice a day : 13:54 and 15:48. But those trains seem to run the whole year excepted on 2,3 and 4 of April.
On the railcc planner I receive this message when looking for those trains and dates : Online prices are currently unavailable for the selected route. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This does not mean there is no train.
Could you confirm they run or not ?

Thanks a lot
Have a good day
Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel!

In the official timtable at http://tidtabell.resplus.se/tidtabell/30_tag30s.pdf the train is shown as running as normal on these dates.

Thank you, but in the meantime I mailed to SJ Swedish train operator, they reply :
Regrettably, we do not have the resources that would be required to provide timetable and pricing information via email. Neither do we wish to risk providing information that may no longer be current when you receive your answer.
You can always find our current times and prices at sj.se under Buy tickets. You are also welcome to call our telephone reservation service on +46 771 -75 75 75.
I will phone SJ, but can you do something more from your side ?
Thanks
Emmanuel

Well, both trains are shown on sj.se on these dates so I cant tell you more than that the train should be running as normal. :)

Hi,
Now it's clear, the Swedish rail company gave me this answer :
Between April 2-5th have the transport department issued an extensive track work which affects the majority of railways and rail traffic in Sweden, particularly night trains. No night trains will go Kiruna - Stockholm neither the 3-4th April, but it looks to go as usual April 5th. This is as I said, depending of how the railway work looks like, so it is difficult to answer with 100 percent secure on this at present.
This may be usefull to others people.
Best regards
Emmanuel
