Hi!
I am looking for a direct train from Barcelona to Madrid at about 9:00am on Sunday morning 12th July 2015. Currently DB Bahn shows an 8:00am and 9:00am from Barcelona Sants but these trains disappear when I put in a Sunday departure in March or April. Can anyone help?

Hi.
Pre-booking time of trains is up to three months in advance, in Spain often only two months.
On the second weekend in June there is the change of the schedules.
So there might be still some changes. On this route trains are very frequent, at least every hour. No worries, you will get a seat.
Tickets for Spanish trains here: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/renfe[/ux]
Reservations for rail pass travelers here: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux]

Still having problems with this route AVE3092 departing Barcelona at 9:00am to Madrid on Sunday 12th July 2015. I am trying to make a reservation. This departure time appears for 5th July but when I try for 12th July, the earliest departure time that appears for a reservation is 11:00am. Can anyone help me?

Hm...if I go to https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation and enter the relevant data (Barcelona to Madrid on 12 July) it shows me available reservations for the departure at 0900...

Thanks for your replies.
I found that departure (9:00am) available for reservation through ACP but it is $30AUD dearer than Rail Europe's reservation for the week before (Sunday 5th July). I can't find the 9:00am departure for 12th July on Rail Europe.

Hm...I dont know why the 0900 departure doesnt show up on RE but the trains at 0830 and 0930 do. Either wait until the 0900 shows or take one of the other trains.
EDIT: I just checked again with RENFE and it seems that the 0900 is not going to run. Go with the 0830 or 0930 as seen on RE.
