Backpacking for 3 months. Need advice on Eurail pass options

I have included a map of all the places I am planning to go. I am eligible for a 3 month youth second class Eurail Global Pass. The pass is roughly $1300. Would this be the best option, or would point to point tickets and flying be the best option? Do I have to worry about additional fees with this pass?
