Hello,
I am a first time traveller to Europe. I am planning to book Point to Point tickets for the month of April in Europe. But i confused on whether to take a high speed train or a day train. Among the routes mentioned below, is there any scenic routes that should be covered in the day time. Or is there any routes were night travel is the best preferred option.
I am backpacking in europe, would prefer to reduce costs, can sacrifice on comfort but not on experience. So can someone help me choose the trains across this route
April 15th: Paris to Bruges
April 17th: Bruges to Brussels
April 18th: Brussels to Amsterdam
April 21st: Amsterdam to Berlin
April 23rd: Berlin to Prague
April 26th: Prague to Vienna
April 29th: Vienna to Venice
May 2nd: Venice to Florence
May 4th: Florence to Rome
May 7th: Rome to Nice
May 9th: Nice to Paris
Kindly Provide your suggestions. Thank you
Peter

Hi.
If you want to travel with an Eurail pass, please read here first: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/first-time-eurail[/u]
If you know your exact travel dates, then compare it to point to point tickets. You can buy special fares usually up to three months in advance before departure. Then you are fixed and date, time and train - but it can be very cheap.
Night train is possible on Vienna-Venice and Nice-Paris.
For point to point tickets (remember the max three month pre-booking tiem) have a look at these links. Please use these links as the railcc project gets a little commission to continue our free help we offer - for you the price is the same. Thank you. :)
