Interrail: Through the Heart of Europe (19 Days)

Hi together,
I got some questions concerning my first Interrail-experience (planned for March/April 2015)
My current idea is the following route:
Bielefeld (Hometown) - Paris - Luzern - Zürich - Rom - Venedig - Wien - Prag - Bielefeld.
What do you think about it? Excaptable? Good decisions concerning the cities? I planned 19 days for all of that.
