Might be interesting for some, starting in 2015 there are 1st class interrail passes for the youth.
Before the introduction you had to buy adult passes, which were a lot more expensive.
The prices will be (Global)

5 in 10: 2nd 192€ | 1st 331€
10 in 22: 2nd 281€ | 1st 471€
15 Days: 2nd 325€ | 1st 520€
22 Days: 2nd 360€ | 1st 608€
1 Month: 2nd 461€ | 1st 787€

To be honest, the prices seem quite high and still not worth the expense in most countries. But of course you milage might vary. I hope the railcc shop will have them.

Hi.
Yes the shop system will have them. :) But it is only a partner shop provided by an other company - as railcc is only a project and not a company. The sales via partner shops (like [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ) or partner links are required to continue with all the work here on the website. :)

and as most of the posters here are anxious about nite trains and may now smell a way to sleep over a tad more comfy: there are hardly any nighttrains left with 1st cl. seats.
The only country where you get extra-for nothing more- in 1st is the UK, where on some lines/companies freebies like free non-alco drinks or sometimes even a sandwich is offered. But in Spain passholders with 1st cl are obliged to pay extra for those freebies, included in normal tickets. germany explicitly bars entry to its exclusive bisnis-people only 1st cl. lounges to Inter/EU-rail passholders (they stink), other countries are less forbidden.
