Same route/train several times with the same ticket?

Can a Global Pass (valid for 1 month) be used more than once on the same route/train?

For example, I'll spend about ten days in Cologne, Germany this summer. Can I use my Interrail ticket to go to Dusseldorf and back to Cologne for two or three times?
