Hi, I'm planning to travel with an Eurail pass for a month in February, but on a budget.
My idea is to take night trains (seats) as much as possible, but they don't seem to have showers for seated passengers.
Are there public showers available in railway station, or would it be possible to go and pay for swimming pools?

Hi!
Without knowing your exact route I cant give precise information but in general there are only very few stations with public showers. You could still look for showers at swimming pools or also directly at hostels.
Anyway I would assume that you will also stay overnight at hostels from time to time so you would be to shower there at least. ;)
