Amsterdam (Holland) – Berlin (Germany) – Prague (Czech Republic) – Vienna (Austria) – Bratislava (Slovakia) – Budapest (Hungary) - Split (Croatia) (approx 30 hours on trains)
This is the route I was considering for a 15 days continuous ticket next august. Would probably have a few days in amsterdam before and few days in split after using the rail ticket. The main aim of this trip is to go to vibrant places experience new things and party hard! Would also aim to end in Split to potentially meet up with other friends who are going on holiday there this summer. Is this route good for nightlife? Also is it realistic? I heard lake bled is good is this worth a stop at the expense of maybe starting in Berlin and skipping Holland? I would like to go to amsterdam but this could always be done on its own on another trip. Also heard good things about Krakow but that may be too ambitious. Any other little gems of places on this route which people would recommend would also be good! In the early stages of planning so want to get the general idea for it down. Thanks

Hi!
I would recommend to get a 5in10 InterRail ticket instead which will be much cheaper; for the remaining parts not covered by this pass, use regular tickets instead.
For instance you could buy a ticket from Amsterdam to Prague including a stop of up to 48 hours in Berlin at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] and travel the remaining route with the 5in10 pass.
However it might be sufficient to get an extra ticket Amsterdam - Berlin only in case you visit Bratislava only during the day while travelling from Vienna to Budapest (which is enough IMO)...but you still have plenty of time for planning and thinking about your trip, so maybe things change until next August and you want to see other places as well. :)
Lake Bled would be an interesting addition, as would be Plitvice national park; in case you would visit the latter, you could end your rail trip in Zagreb instead and travel to Plitvice and from there to Split by bus (Plitvice is not very convenient to reach by train).
Also, Krakow would be another nice place to visit...in the end it depend on how much time you have and how much time you want to spend in each place. Anyway, even if you would add a few places you would be still be cheaper off with a 10in22 ticket instead of the 15day continuous ticket. ;)
To support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)
