Prague to Villach - train ticket

Greetings,
I am new to the site and Euro travel. I have searched for, and found, tickets that suit our travel needs perfectly. I would like to purchase thru the site, but have a few questions. I hope this is the correct place for these questions.

Tickets are listed for both 1st and 2nd class seats. The journey is long enough that we feel 1st class would be a nice option for us. The price difference is not prohibitive.

I have read (elsewhere) that not all trains have 1st class cars, is this true? If so, how would I confirm that the 1st class tickets I purchase here, will have such a car available? Or, do you only sell tickets with verified seating?

Are the tickets emailed, or delivered via carrier (FedEx ... etc.) Due to rescheduling our trip and itinerary, we are very close to departure.. (2-weeks). Is it possible to ship to our hotel in Prague, or conversely, pick them up while in Prague? We will be there for a week.

Finally, are these tickets refundable if not used?
