I have an interrail pass, but where and when do I need to buy the ticket from the border of Belarus (when the interrail ticket stop working) to Minsk? Im planning to take the night train from Berlin , do I need to book the reservation ticket in advance?

Hi!

The night train (Paris -) Berlin - Warsaw - Minsk is operated by RZD (Russian Railways), InterRail is not valid on its entire journey. You will need a separate ticket Berlin - Warsaw - Minsk.
However, InterRail (or, generally speaking, regular international tickets) is valid on the Warsaw - Minsk night train 115/116 as far as I know; so if you want to go with InterRail this would be the best option. You will need a ticket from Brest (Gr) (the border station) to Minsk plus a Warsaw - Minsk reservation for the sleeping car. To get from Berlin to Warsaw, best option are the direct Berlin Warsaw Express trains, 4€ compulsory reservation.

To support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)
