Hi there railccrs!!!
I ' m planning my interrail trip in Europe and i'm thinking on taking the train from Chamonix mont blanc to martigny on the 24th of September.
The db bahn site has no info about the direct connection and I searched the net about the timetable and I saw that the official schedules end in 14th September.
Any tips??

Hi!
You will have to wait until the timetable for the period from 15th September gets published on ter-sncf.com
I assume you this timetable until 14th September? http://www.ter.sncf.com/medias/PDF/rhone_alpes/82%20Chamonix%2014%20juin%20au%2014%20sept%202014_tcm70-26322_tcm70-26321.pdf
You will need an extra ticket from Le Chatelard Frontiere to Martigny, the part of line that is operated by TMR which grant a 50% reduction for InterRail. When we travelled there in 2012 we could purchase the ticket at a ticket machine at an intermediate stop, I dont know if you get it with the IR reduction for instance at Chamonix or St Gervais.
