Hi.
This is the THELLO night train. You only get a special fare there as Interrailer, which is usually much more than EUR 50 for a 6-bed couchette.
Go to the thello.com website, fill in Milan and Paris and select Passengers with promo code. Then you see the fares and you can buy.

If you want to save money, travel first from Milan to Ventimiglia (IC train for EUR 3). There you change to a regional train which is free with Interrail. From there use the night train Nice-Paris: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/nice-paris-icn-5774/60
Much cheaper reservations available here: [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf/reservation[/ux]

Milano Centrale dep 17:05 - IC train - reserve (=EUR 3) online via Trenitalia website, select other ticket types and then option Global Pass, or at a ticket machine in Milano or at a ticket window. A reservation is official not mandatory - but I definitely recommend it, especially for Friday afternoon as it is absolutely peak travel time.
Ventimiglia arr 21:07
Ventimiglia dep 21:20 - free regional train
Nice Ville arr 22:07
To late for the night train from Nice to Paris.
So either have a look for accommodation in Nice and stay there one night: https://rail.cc/en/nice/accommodation/c
Or use the expensive Thello night train directly from Milano to Paris.
Up to you to decide what's cheaper in total. But I can recommend Nice and the surrounding area. :)
