how is it possible that when I look at train coonections that is tells me that making a reservations costs €4,- en when i make the reservation in the shop railcc charges me €11,-?

I dont know which particular train you are talking about but have you read this?
Note: the given prices may vary due to service or handling fees. Depending on whether you purchase the reservations/tickets online, at a ticket machine or at a railway station.
You can also make reservations directly at a train station; reservation fares are listed as valid in the country where the train runs, in other countries or online prices can vary.
