in august we going to bike in France.
We are going to St-Jean-Pied-de-Port, and we want to take a train to Bayonne.
I`ve seen there is a train going to Bayonne, but it is not clear if we can take the bike on the firts track of the trip.
The first track is going from St-Jean to Cambo-les-Baines. There is not a picto with a bike behind the travel-option.
The following text is behind our travel-option:
CAR
Numéro du train :
40544
Confort2e klas
Does anyone nowes if we are allowed to take the bike with luggage in this train?? And do we need a ticket for our bikes?
Thanks!

Hi!
Car means bus; during August there is bus replacement in service between St Jean and Cambo.
Since there is no bike symbol next I would assume that you cant take your bike on the bus (this would be similar to other replacement bus service), but to be sure you should ask SNCF directly.

no need to, its IMpossible. Most of thse autocars are very dense, narrow, otherwise used to bring les eleves to ecole (=schoolkids) seating fit for midgets or asians.
