Hi I need to travel on 4/07/2014! As i am using a flexi pass with 15 days, the route would be this

Where i will need reservation on no5!

But i am told by ticket offices in Verona, Venice, Eurail office and travel agencies that i cant do any reservations. Please help me as i have traveled to different locations under own expenses but no help was given. I dont wish tl travel to Mulhouse and realized that the train is full, moreover, i dont have a lot of time to do seats reservation when i am there and i am not sure if the office is even opened. I tried doing the reservation on this website but it kept dosplayinh error messages.
