hiya, i'm trying to book 2 reservations for a 6-berth Couchette on the Amsterdam - Prague CityNightLine on 26-07-09, the 19:01 train. I followed these instructions, but I can't see an option for book only extra charge, the only one i can see is book selected offer. Does this mean there are no fares left for interrail pass holders on this train, or have I missed something obvious?

Thanks!

hi ...
I think the problem is that the train neither starts or ends in Germany. I tried to book Amsterdam to Berlin (where the train stops at 04:21h in the morning) - this was possible.
So mmmh... no solution for you - only the one to do it at a station ... or to book Amsterdam to Berlin and just stay in the train... should normally work as well, as it is a night train and no one will enter the train at 0421h in the morning.

Berlin is definitely worth to have a stay... :)
if you leave the night train at 0421h in the morning, you only have 500 meters to the Brandenburger Tor and at the same time you just cross the Reichstag (old building of the government) ...
a very relaxing and peaceful area ... and as you do it in the morning, the air is fresh, you have a park close by... definitely cool to have a short stop (okay, Berlin is also worth staying 3 nights!).
then continue at 0800 or something like this with a direct and free EC train to Prague (journey of 4:30h) ... https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
