Hi there!

First of all, I want to thank you for this amazing project. railcc is a fantastic help for everyone who wants to go on an interrail.

My name is Pedro and I am from Portugal. I'm now deciding everything about my interrail that will begin in 1st of August. So I would like to ask you a question about that.

I want to buy the 10 travel days in 22 days pass. I saw the promo on railcc website which says that I can buy my pass just for 229€ (the original price was 269€). But when I try to buy via the railcc link [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] the price is 269€.

What can I do to have the promo price?

Thank you for your help and thank you again for this fantastic work.

I already understood the problem:

PROMO AUTUMN: Offer available from 01 August 2014 to 30 September 2014. To travel with a discounted Interrail PROMO AUTUMN Pass, you must select a start date on or before 29 December 2014.

I'm strating my interrail in 1st of August, the day when the offer beggins. But I'll be already in Italy in that day. Do you think that I can buy my interrail pass in the day that I will start my trip or is it to risky?

Hi Pedro.
The pass is available to buy online shop from the 01 August 2014: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
You can buy it as well at an Italian railway station - but some travellers reported, that sometimes they had difficulties getting the promo price (at least this was the case for the Spring promo offer), as it might be a bit hidden in the booking systems of railway companies.
To support the free information on railcc and the whole forum, buy your official Interrail pass via the railcc partner links [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]

Yes, I want to buy my pass via the railcc partner link [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]

But my question is: do you think that it is too risky buying the pass in the 1st of August (the first day of my interrail)? Or do you think that wont be any problem if I found a place in Italy where I can print my pass?

The InterRail ticket cannot be printed at home. If you order it online, it has to be sent by post; so if you are in Italy already on August 1 you will have to buy it locally at a train station. :|

Please note: there was a change in the Promo offer. :|
The Promo is available from 01 August for purchase. But the first day you can use it is the 15 September.
