I hopefully wanna do Prague > Krakow > Budapest > Vienna > Rijeka > Berlin. I'm worried about the Rijeka > Berlin route [link timed out]

Hey this is info from DB Bahn Website -

Depart Rijeka Sunday 13th July 20:40
Arrive Munchen Monday 14th July 06.10 Transfer time I hr 6 mins
Depart Munchen Monday 14th July 01.16
Arrive Berlin Hbf Monday 14th July 13.08

Would this count as one day of travel with my flexi 5 days within 10 days pass?

It is ONE travel day.

Reservation at a railway station.
Munich-Berlin: free ICE train.
