Okay, the cities in the title are the cities that I plan to stay for a night or two. Actual route is like this:

-İstanbul
-Belgrade
-Vienna
-Prague
-Amsterdam
-Paris
-Lyon
-Bern
-Milano
-Florence
-Rome
-Florence
-Venice
-Ljubljana
-Belgrade
-İstanbul

I'd like to go from Paris to Rome quickly. I've heard about Thello night trains but it is way too expensive for me (I heard that's 70 Euro or so.). What are your suggestions about that? Or any advice you'd like to give about the whole trip?

I also found this: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/paris-to-milan
But it says runs only on some days. Which days does it run?

Thanks.

Hi.
Paris to Rome is possible either by night train Paris-Nice and the next morning on via Ventimiglia to Rome.
Or by the given route at the link you mention. If I know your exact travel date, I can give you an answer.
If you give me your order-PNR of your official Interrail pass purchase via the railcc partner link [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , I can even give you more details. :)
Because if you help us with your purchase, we love to help you with detailed answer. Thank you for supporting! :)
Peter :)
