Do I need to pay supplement for Milan - Lugano train?

Hi, I've checked out trenitalia for Lugano. There are only eurocity trains which cost 11€ for supplement.
But that link says no additional charges till Lugano.
So I'm not sure if I have to pay for additional charge for that.
Please help, thanks in advance
