Hi,

When planning my interrail trip, I found a problem. I will be in hannover and i want to catch the train during the night to Amsterdam.

For what I know, this night connection Warsaw - Amsterdam passes in Hannover but dont know if it stops.

https://rail.cc/en/night-train/warsaw-cologne-en-446/90

Here doesnt appear the time of departure and also in Interrail site doesnt appear if I put train between Hannover and Amsterdam.

Here in polish site ( I think is the official one), the same.

BTW: I also tried Berlim-Amsterdam and doesnt apear.

Its rigth to say that EN 446 Jan Kiepura doesnt stop in Germany?

Hi!

The train does stop in Germany, although in the direction Poland > Netherlands only for alighting which means that you can only get off the train but are not allowed to enter.

The schedule https://rail.cc/en/night-train/warsaw-cologne-en-446/90 shows this by writing only departure times (where it is only possible to board the train) and arrival times (where it is only possible to leave the train) at each stop of the train.
This also means that you can not buy a reservation Hannover - Amsterdam for this train and subsequently can not officially use it between these stations.
Since it stops anyway, you may be allowed on board and pay for a seat reservation there but I havent tried that and would not recommend it either. ;)

There is no official stop in Berlin either, although the train does stop at several stations there since it is attached to the Berlin Warsaw Express train between Warsaw and Berlin and the Prague - Amsterdam CNL night train between Berlin and Amsterdam. So, if you would like to travel from Berlin to Amsterdam you have to use this CNL train:

Thank you! :)
