Me and my girlfriend are planning on going interrailing from june 26th to july 10th and have already booked our pass, hostels and flights at the beginnning and end, however now we have come to book train times etc we have been getting rather confused and it would be very helpful if somebody could lend a hand!
Our trip is as follows:
Flight to Nice
Nice-Cannes
Cannes-Pisa
Pisa-Venice
Venice-Rome
Rome - Sardinia via Ferry(which we have already booked not using the interrail pass)
We are going to use our 10 days travel within 14 from Nice to Rome, however I have been looking online and have absolutely no idea how to use our pass or anything, we really should have researched more! I am even finding it hard to find train times and even routes to and from each place. If anybody could help with our route from Cannes all the way through to Rome it would be appreciated, as i dont know what trains use the pass on or if we have just plain wasted our money?? Any more questions i will answer asap to help with any explanations!!

Hi!
I am not really sure which kind of pass you bought. Anyway I hope you bought it via our partner ( [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ) otherwise you should ask for assistance where you have bought your tickets...
For starters maybe have a look here: https://rail.cc/en/first-time-interrail

why so earl'y? Why is todays youth so overanxious about fullness and all that?
Its daft easily explained: as for now there is NO fixed timetable info for that period-yet. Due to centuries old tradition the state (when not on strike) railways change their timings first sunday of june-and most only bother to put in times a day or so before.
Nc-Can: local trains ev 30 mins or so-just takes 15-20 mins. a BUS along the very busy coast road ev 10-15 mins for just 1 eur. The other side these trains run to ventimiglia=IT border station, where you connect
To get a glimpse-try current timings for SAME day of week (sun. mon etc.) and use the local names-english is just on an island far west and has never been much in use by the continental iron roads.
You could easily have done all this with 5 day pass.
