I read that the city nightline from Basel to Copenhagen will run only till Flensburg for some time in the summer, as of 4/5th of August, but even if I check after that date on the DB website it gives me the train only till Flensburg???

Hi!
The train starts/ends in Flensburg from 17 till 19 May, 13 July till 11 August and on 7 September according to DB.

due to heavy repairs on the rails in JYlland/DK there will be buses to some point in DK-and local trains from there. But of course the sleeper/etc cars cannot move by road. I do not know if during those periods there are still the lower all-in fares to Kobenhavn.
