I am planning an interrailing trip in late November of this year with a few friends. We are flying into the UK and wanting to travel as many countries as possible within our vacation time. We will be most interested in Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Rome, Milan, Marseille, and Barcelona. What would be the most realistic route? We will be sleeping on night trains as much as possible to save on hostel/room fees and allow for us much time in cities as possible during the day.

Do you have already in mind, which type of ticket you want to buy: Interrail 5 in 10 days or 10 in 22 days?

Where do you want to end up your trip in which city?
Basically it is very easy to travel the route you mention.
From Prague to Rome it is a longer trip. You could include stops in Budapest, Vienna or Munich in between.
