Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a query - I ordered an InterRail one country flexi pass (for Switzerland) from the railcc shop ( [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ). It arrived a few days ago but I think something may be missing. In the InterRail pass guide that came with the ticket it mentions the 'travel report' must be filled in before boarding a new train. However I've got nothing with my ticket called a travel report - what should I do?! Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you :)

Um, the ticket itself should be enclosed in a green couvert which you open up and fill in your personal information/travel stations on the go. At least the global pass works like that. Can't really imagine that you just got that piece of paper which is the ticket. :o

Thanks for your reply. The ticket is stapled inside a green cover but there isn't anything else inside - nothing to fill in personal information or travel stations. :|

Hi!

The One Country Passes come without a travel report. You received the official InterRail Pass in the green cover, no need to worry! :)
You just have to fill in your travel days (dd/mm) directly on the ticket but do not need to fill in a travel report, this only applies to Global Passes.
Thanks for supporting railcc. :)
