Hey

I just heard that you need to make seat reservations it Italy when using the Interrail ticket. Can anyone give me some more info on this...

Do you have to do it for every train you take?
Is it cheaper if you reserve them in advance?

Any help or info here would be awesome.

thanks

Hi.
Trains which require seat reservations: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/italy/it
There are often slower but free regional trains available.
Also IC trains are free - but a reservation is recommended for EUR 3.
Here a list of connections: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
Reservations available at [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux] , but during your trip just buy them at ticket machines. Easy. :)
And please support all the free information on railcc with your Interrail pass purchase in our partner: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you for supporting! :)
