https://rail.cc/en/interrail/sarajevo-to-belgrade there is said that the connection is not available. Do somebody has some information about this? I want to take this track in about 4 months. Is there a possibility to use it? Or maybe somebody knows a good alternative to use with the global interrail pass?

The very best and most easy alt. is the BUS-pay when there, about hourly daytime, + 1 overnight, from the Serb part of SJ.
Can do by train, but that means spending double time and changing somwhere onto the main (former then) line Zagreb->BG. As times will change by start of june and wont be available till maybe 1 week before (dont get anxious-there is no need to reserve anyway) its also now to early to tell more.
Plan B: rearrange planned trip. First look at connections, then at places you like to see. Youre young enough to come back later and this world wont blow up in the meantime.

As said before, the best option on this route currently are the frequent direct buses which are also listed here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/sarajevo-to-belgrade

There are chances that the direct train will be reintroduced but not until next year. The only rail link would be via Zagreb requiring an overnight stay there.
