Hi.
A good route, easy to do.
Have a look here for schedules: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
I count SIX travel days, but do one step then by point to point tickets, for example in Italy, regional trains are very cheap.
To support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)
Peter :)

Hi!

No problems with that route, but as Peter mentioned you will have six trips with only five travel days so you will need to pay extra for one trip. Venezia - Firenze wont be very expensive for example, especially if you use regional trains.
Pay attention on the Vienna - Venice trip as there are some connections where you have to make a reservation: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/vienna-to-venice

Thanks flow,
I want to ask one more question. I have 11 days for this trip. I want to extract berlin from my trip. I do not want to spend my days on the train. Is this logical?

Hi.
You can use for example the direct night train Amsterdam-Prague.
You skip Berlin (but it is really an inexpensive and interesting city) and you save travel time while sleeping:
