We will be travelling with swiss flexi pass in switzerland, the last day we will go to Innsbruck, will the swiss flexi pass be valid to the border then? That is, should we by a separate ticket from border to Innsbruck? (Rather not activate the interrailpasses until the day after.)

Yup, the Swiss pass will be valid until Buchs SG, the border station to Austria (well, Liechtenstein in fact, but the small stretch through Liechtenstein is operated by Austrian Railways ÖBB). If you want, you can book tickets from Buchs SG to Innsbruck at the ÖBB website at [ux]https://rail.shop/oebb[/ux]

Hi Marina...
The Swiss Flexi Pass is available via this link: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/switzerland[/ux]
First select the starting date, in the next step you see all the different pass options.

oh! great! I guess there is no hurry in buying this? They are not refundable so I thought it is best to wait a bit until I order them :D

pushing this up as I was to order our swiss flexi passes now, but in your webshop there is no special option for ordering the family card? Is that issued automatically? I tried to enter 4 travellers and the age of the children but then I get the suggestion to buy 2 adult passes and 1 child pass xo

The family card should give me Children aged 6-15 years accompanied by at least one parent travel free.

The Swiss Family Card is availble free of charge at attended Swiss railway stations or when you book online

Help?

The Family Card is not available online at the ACP shop unfortunately - you would have to book just two adult passes and then get the Family Card locally at Basel SBB. :(

Oki!
Do you know if children travel for free on non-travel-days with the flexipass+family card? Or only on travel days?

I had a look at the tariff and would interpret it as yes, children travel for free with the family card also on days where the parents just travel with half-price tickets. :)
But just to be sure - check locally. ;)

got this answer on their FB-page
Dear Marina. Many thanks for your enquiry. If you have the Family Card, you don’t have to buy a ticket for them during the validity of your Swiss Pass, only for the adults. On the days between the first and the last activated day, your Swiss Flexi Pass offers a 50% discount like Swiss Half Fare Card. More about it here: www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/holidays--short-breaks-in-switzerland/swisstravelsystem/swiss-pass.html . Greetings, Christian.
And I read the same (bold) - I think I then will not buy the children a ticket and If I run into problem I can solve it on the train hopefully :D
