Hey.

This 7pm rule has me a little ... flustered :((
Im just not sure about consecutive night trains.
I am planning on getting the flexi pass (10 days in 22)
What I want to do is get a night train from paris to munich, which leaves some time after 7pm on the 1st. Arriving in munich on the 2nd, thats one travel day, yes? I then want to get a night train THAT night to Venice. That train is leaving at like 11pm.

My question is: Is the train from Munich to Venice included in the first travel day, or is it a second travel day?
Any answer would be appreicated. :)

now come on, do you really think they give you nearly 48 hrs of travel for 1 day? The very same rule you quote is pretty clear that any day ENDS at 24.00 (though in many countries with no nighttrains, this is relaxed till close of service-maybe 0.32 or so).
