We will be moving back from Shanghai to the Netherlands ... we have a dog that will not be accepted anymore on plains so i am looking at alternatives to go home ...
Yes, this is possible. But for dog-transportation, you have to contact the railway companies you use - as well for the border crossing. I have no information about traveling this route with a dog.
