Going in March to travel by car. Approximate route - Barcelona - Andorra - Perpignan - Montpellier - Aix-en-Provence - Lyon - Paris. Maybe sometimes we will move on trains. Consider the best options.
Are there any tips or comments? It will be interesting to learn and listen. Especially interested in the opinions of people who traveled to such places.
Thanks in advance!

Hi!

I usually travel by train so cant really help you out with tips on where to go by car (well, you could go on Mont Ventoux if you are around Aix-en-Provence).
There is no train line to Andorra so you have to go by car (or bus); you should not miss out nearby Petit Train Jaune from Latour de Carol to Villefrance (nice fortified village) and onwards to Perpignan.

You might also add Marseille and the Cote Bleue: https://rail.cc/blog/scenic-train-cote-bleue/

Oh! :os

Thanx for useful information.

We think about Marseille too. I hope that 3 weeks is enough for this.

But anyway thanx a lot!

You're welcome! Do you plan on renting car?

I think three weeks should be enough...maybe also look into the following places which are more or less along your route: Girona, Carcassonne, Nimes, Le Grau du Roi, Avignon, the Cevennes Railway (from Nimes to Clermont-Ferrand) and Le Puy en Velay. :)

Yeh!
Going to rent a car.
Perhaps along the way we will leave it and change to a train. And of course we plan to visit all interesting cities that will be on the way. For example already sketched route subject to such places as Sabadell, Manresa, Port-la-Nouvelle, Narbonne, Beziers, Cavaillon Shatoranar, Saint-Paul-Trois, Chateau, Vienne and Valence. Perhaps a little bit too much :os , but I want to cover as much as possible. But in pleasure of course. :)

In Carcassonne and Girona (and Toulouse) was last year by the way. There's great but I think once is enough.

Actually I understand that the train would be cheaper probably. But it seems that you can't see so many places only by the train.
