So I ordered 2x eurail passes with express delivery to Florence, Italy which guaranteed delivery by 21st November,
there was 1 attempt made but for some reason unsuccessful.
the date we were told they would re-attempt (21st December) we stayed in our hotel the whole day so we wouldn't miss the parcel as we had to checkout the next day. This is why we paid extra for express delivery.

Of course the 22nd came and there was no delivery attempt made. We had to move on.
It was well communicated with eurail.com that we needed it by the 21st

we told them to post it to our next destination Vienna, Austria.
of course for stupid reasons they cant resend the package to another area.

So they ended delivering the package to our hotel in Italy. Extremely helpful, especially considering we are now in Austra.
We continued on our trip without the use of the eurail pass but now wanted a refund for it.

They wont give out a refund until they have the package returned and of course they refuse to pick up the package that they had delivered...LATE
they say it is up to us to return the package. This poses to be quite annoying considering we are now in Belgium.
Now after emailing, explaining and complaining they still have said it is up to us to return the package for a refund of our unused passes.

We are trying to organise for the hotel to mail it for us. its not that easy as they don't speak great English.

Is there anything else i could do?
someone i can complain to?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Sorry to hear that. However I fear we cannot help you further...we are not linked with eurail.com and I do not know about their terms and conditions, especially regarding delivery dates and refund options in case of a late delivery.
You might send an additional complain to Eurailgroup, the parent company of eurail.com (the latter being responsible for online sales only).
